Who we are
Australia’s Leading Hospitality Print Business
Since 1989, our family owned local business has dedicated itself to delighting our customers. Having honed our craft for over 30 years, we have the pleasure of serving an exceptionally loyal client base. These long-term relationships are at the core our business, fostered by our commitment to quality print, great service and genuine care for our craft.
Since we set out all those years ago, so much has changed and influenced how we deliver our product. Huge advancements in technology mean we are more efficient than ever, progress in the industry’s commitment to improving environmental standards have been welcome and vast, and our hairstyles and fashion choices have also come a long way (we hope).
What hasn’t changed though is our why. We make print communications easy and impactful. We make life easier for our clients, both financially and logistically. And internally, we operate with honesty, respect and trust. We believe that it’s these unique qualities that separate us from other providers and keep our clients coming back.
Our Leaders
Bruce Mayes
Managing Director
After working in the print business for many years, Bruce decided to take the leap in 1989, purchasing a younger but no-less reputable New Creation Print. For over thirty years, Bruce has dedicated himself to growing NCP into the reliable and professional business it is today. He has built NCP into a trusted provider alongside many family members and loyal staff, and loves nothing more than delighting our fantastic clients.
Jamie Meyer
General Manager
Starting in 2010, Jamie has worked in all facets of the company. Starting as one of the factory staff, Jamie developed his knowledge of the manufacturing process and the expectations of our customers. Since then, Jamie has carried these fundamental learnings in his journey into his role as General Manager, ensuring the pillars of great products and great service are upheld throughout the company. Holding an MBA from RMIT, Jamie has a passion for innovation, technology and developing ways to decrease our operational impact on the environment.
Our Eco Commitment
When you engage NCP, you enjoy the confidence of collaborating with a partner committed to greener print.
Our team are continually exploring new and creative ways to assist you in achieving your goals, while minimising our collective environmental impact wherever possible. In addition to tailoring our offering to meet your specific needs, a sustainability action plan operates behind the scenes:
SGP Certified
We are independently accredited for our sustainability program via ‘Sustainable Green Print’. This is external validation for our internal policies.
Vegetable Inks
For a long time now, we have used only soy-based inks that are better for the planet and a superior quality.
FSC Paper
The Forest Stewardship Council certificate is the best guarantee the paper you use comes from a well-managed forest.
E Proofing
We use electronic proofing where possible to reduce print wastage, provide faster turnarounds and eliminate the need for couriers.
The NCP EMS
We are independently accredited for our sustainability program via ‘Sustainable Green Print’. This is external validation for our internal policies.
Leveraging Tech
We use new print technologies to select the most energy and cost efficient devices for your print. Where possible, we use digital printers that use less paper, less ink and less energy.
Expertise
We have a less-waste philosophy when it comes to project management, so our expert staff will often suggest relatively minor spec variations that can have a big impact on cost & waste.
Recycling
As a key pillar of our EMS, we have a meaningful recycling program that includes our waste paper, plates, pallets, printers’ wipes, wrapping and ink canisters.
Packaging
We’ve moved from bubble wrap to corrugated board, and from shrink wrap to brown paper wrapping only if needed.
We have partnered with Green-fleet to offset all carbon emissions generated from the paper we consume each and every year.
